How We Work

Most of our products are made to order, unless we have them in stock. You can check our stock availability before placing your order or during the ordering process to see what is currently available.

Delivery times are usually indicated for each product but may vary depending on the availability of certain items.

The initial payment includes a deposit for the containers. As the containers are returned, the deposit balance remains positive. If all containers are returned and you decide not to continue with our service, the full deposit amount for the returned containers will be refunded.

We are committed to offering a transparent, sustainable, and customer-friendly system to ensure the best experience with our products.

Delivery

OThe delivery cost depends on the order volume and will be indicated at the time of placing the order.

If the order needs to be delivered in multiple shipments due to production schedules or the customer’s urgency, this will be specified along with the corresponding delivery costs.
