This variation of our Carnava Banana is harvested at a more advanced stage of ripeness, allowing the fruit’s natural sugars to fully develop. Through a slow, controlled dehydration process, we achieve a softer, more flexible (chewy) texture with a naturally enhanced sweetness. With no additives of any kind, this banana is pure fruit in its most concentrated and flavorful form. Made exclusively with organic bananas grown in our own gardens or by trusted local partners committed to quality.
Storage
Our dehydrated products are carefully packaged in vacuum-sealed glass jars, preserving their flavor, texture, and nutritional properties at their best.
For optimal freshness, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. No refrigeration is required.
Once opened, consume within a short period to avoid moisture reabsorption, which could affect the product’s quality.
