Preservation Guidelines

Our vegan fermented cheese is a living creation — matured through slow, natural fermentation to achieve depth, richness, and a complex, evolving character.

To maintain its full integrity, store it refrigerated between 6°C and 12°C, always dry and sealed. Use clean utensils to avoid introducing moisture or unwanted cultures.

Under proper conditions, this cheese can age gracefully for months. However, if dark mold or any strong off-odors appear, it’s best to discard the product — our fermentation is alive, and nature speaks clearly when it’s time to let go.
