Preservation Guidelines

Our cultured mustard is a living, fermented product — crafted through slow fermentation to develop its signature tang, smooth texture, and natural richness. Thanks to its active cultures, this mustard does not have a fixed expiration date. However, we recommend storing it refrigerated between 6°C and 12°C to preserve its ideal flavor and consistency. Over time, slight changes in aroma or acidity are natural signs of continued fermentation. This is part of its living nature — not spoilage.
