Unlike most kombuchas, ours follow a distinct production process with meticulous acidity and quality controls. Subject to a rigorous temperature monitoring system, each batch develops unique flavors and aromatic notes that stand out for their complexity and balance.
Keep kombucha refrigerated between 8°C and 12°C to maintain its natural balance, flavour, and beneficial properties. If the cold chain is broken, the kombucha may continue fermenting and develop a stronger acidic or vinegary taste.
