With a minimum fermentation time of one month and precise temperature control, SWEET TO MEAD YOU enhances the natural sweetness of honey with a refreshing touch and delicate bubbles.
Our meads are delicate and complex, much like a fine wine, and should be treated with the same care to preserve their full flavor and character.
We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or sources of heat. The ideal serving temperature is between 12°C and 16°C, which allows the aromas and flavors to fully develop. Once opened, our meads do not turn into vinegar, and can be resealed and enjoyed later without losing their quality—just like a good bottle of wine. For the best experience, serve in a wine glass and enjoy slowly, savoring the craftsmanship and the balance of sweetness, acidity, and aroma.
